How do I get my referral link?
Email us at support@rugsocialsllc.com and we'll send you your unique link within 24 hours.
When does my credit get applied?
After the referred customer's payment clears (7-day hold), we apply the credit to your next invoice.
Is there a limit on how many referrals I can send?
No limit. Every paying referral earns you a free month. Send as many as you want.
What if the business I referred cancels?
Credits are voided if the new customer cancels within 30 days of signing up.
Can I refer any type of business?
Yes — restaurants, bars, retail stores, service providers, or any business that could benefit from smarter customer connections.
Do I need to be a current customer to refer?
Yes. The referral program is available to active RUG Socials customers only.
